Carol made the entire hot tub buying process so easy and fun! I couldn’t have made the purchase as soon as I did without her financing program and the hot tub as been amazing this winter.I can’t recommend crystal waters hot tubs enough! First time purchasing a hot tub and I must say our experience with Carol has been superb. Carol was very welcoming and took the time to explain to us the different hot tubs she offered and the different features available. She had a hot tub in stock and ready for delivery with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. We put a deposit and took a week to prepare the area where the hot tub was to be placed. She followed up with me during that week. Following week we went in and paid in full and she immediately put us on the delivery schedule for that weekend. Delivery went great, as expected. We are so happy to have purchased from Crystal Waters. Carol is amazing at what she does and truly enjoys her job. Customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely recommend for anyone looking to purchase a hot tub.
